Privacy Policy
At Kruvali S.A.S. (“Kruvali”, “we”) we process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326, Ruling 18/2015 and the current guidelines of the Public Information Access Agency (AAIP). This document explains which data we collect, on what legal basis, with whom we share it and what rights you can exercise.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Identification data (name, national ID, CUIL/CUIT), contact details (email, phone, address), financial data for KYC and funding processes, browsing data (IP address, user agent, anonymized metrics) and data derived from our Google integrations (Consent Mode v2, gtag).
3. Legal bases and purposes
Performance of the investment agreement, legal obligations of anti-money-laundering prevention, legitimate interest to improve the platform, and specific consent for marketing communications and targeted advertising.
4. Third parties we share data with
Notaries and law firms connected to each project, banking payment processors, external auditors, cloud infrastructure providers based in Argentina and the European Union, and competent authorities when legally required.
5. Retention periods
We keep data for the maximum period required by applicable regulation (usually 10 years for financial and AML/CFT operations) and for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes.
6. ARCO+ rights
You may exercise access, rectification, update, deletion, portability and objection rights by writing to privacidad@kruvali.com. You also have the right to file a claim with the AAIP.
7. Information security
We apply technical and organizational controls based on ISO/IEC 27001, including encryption in transit and at rest, mandatory MFA and periodic audits.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this document. We will publish the current version with its last-modified date and, if material changes occur, we will notify you by email.
